Purpose of the site

This website presents HyperSTO, a Sede Blockchain service for designing, technologically structuring and executing security token offerings (STOs) backed by real assets, aimed at issuing companies. Access is free and implies acceptance of this legal notice.

HyperSTO does not raise funds from the public through this site, does not provide investment services and does not offer securities or crypto‑assets. Issuances are carried out by each issuer, with the documents, authorisations and licensed entities required by applicable law in each case (including Spanish Law 6/2023 on Securities Markets and Investment Services, Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on markets in crypto‑assets and anti‑money‑laundering rules).

Nature of the information

The information published is informative and commercial and does not constitute an offer, recommendation or financial, investment, legal or tax advice. The sample issuances and the calculator figures are illustrative and indicative.
